Centre Manager

We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead our tutoring centre day to day.
You will be the first person families meet. You will guide parents through how the program works, look after current families, and lead a team of tutors so every session runs smoothly and every student is encouraged. You will also own the centre's enrolment goals and work closely with the owner on growing the centre.
This role suits someone who enjoys people, takes pride in a well-run operation and is motivated by seeing students succeed.
What you'll do
- Welcome families, run assessments and explain the program to new parents
- Lead, roster and support the tutor team
- Keep in touch with current families about their child's progress
- Manage enrolments, the timetable and day-to-day centre operations
- Work with the owner on local marketing and enrolment goals
What you'll bring
- Experience leading a team in education, retail, hospitality or another service business
- Confident, warm communication with parents and staff
- Comfortable with targets and with conversations about enrolling
- Organised and comfortable with everyday software
- Availability for after-school and weekend hours
Qualifications
- A background in education or customer service is welcome but not essential
